When You Buy 4 Select Continental Tires

Valid 3/15 - 4/15

The Pure Contact is designed for luxury performance sedans, sporty coupes, and crossover vehicles like the Audi A4 and Lexus RX350, the Pure Contact tire is the first and last all season tire that you will ever need to buy.

Take advantage of excellent fuel efficiency, long tread wear, low rolling resistance, and a comfortable ride all year long. As you trek across wet, dry, and snow covered roads you will experience first hand just how wonderfully the Continental Pure Contact tire rides.

Features and Benefits

  • The Continental Pure Contact features a silica enhanced, all season tread compound which incorporates Continental's Tg-F Polymers and +Silane additives to help improve tread wear, fuel efficiency, and traction on slippery roads.
  • The compound is molded into a computer optimized asymmetric tread design that reduces pattern noise while chamfered tread block edges enhance dry-road handling.
  • Independent tread blocks are siped to provide additional biting edges which enhances dry road handling.
  • Continental Pure Contact tires feature Tuned Performance Indicators, which are visible letters molded into the outboard shoulder of the tire to alert drivers of the tire's potential performance in various weather conditions. A visible "DWS" indicates that the tire has sufficient tread depth for dry conditions as well as wet roads and light snow. Once the "S" has worn away, the tire only has sufficient tread depth for dry and wet roads. When the "W" fades away, the tire is only fit for dry road driving.

Comments I have only had the tires about a month but have taken a couple of long trips. So far the tires have performed as expected. These are new tires to the market but the field tests gave them a high rating. The main reason I bought them is that they were rated the highest for wet and winter driving for an all-season tire. I will take the car to VT this winter but as of this writing have not driven the car in the snow.

Comments These tires are much quieter than those I replaced and so far they perform very well. I have not driven in rain or snow yet but I am optimistic.

Comments Great tire in every way: braking, cornering, hydro planing, handling, rain, and slushy snow. Only 1,000 miles on them so far and no snow or ice. Like them as much or better than the OEM Michelins that cost twice as much. This tire and the OEM Michelin were top two rated on CR in V speed category. Got 50,000 miles from the OEM tire. This Continental Pure Contact is also made in the USA.
