GRABBER AT2

On and Off Road All Terrain

Overall Rating (9.0)

General's on/off road all terrain tire is designed for light trucks, pickup trucks, and SUVs like the Chevy Silverado and Ford F-150. With the reliability of year round performance both on and off the road, the General Grabber AT2 is the perfect tire for getting you out of a tight spot. Long and even tire wear helps to ensure that your Grabber AT2 tires will continue to roll, even when you're driving in and over mud, rocks, snow, and ice.

Features and Benefits
  • The Grabber AT2 features a chip-and-tear resistant tread compound that is molded into an aggressive symmetric, self-cleaning tread design which includes five rows of independent tread blocks to help blend on road handling with off road traction.
  • The tread blocks feature multiple traction edges and sipes to accept optional metallic studs that increase wintry weather traction.
  • The tread block sizes and shapes have been computer optimized to allow the aggressive tread pattern to remain relatively quiet and wear evenly on highways.
  • The tires internal structure includes twin steel belts on top of a two ply polyester cord body that combines strength and durability with a quiet ride.

Comments I've put 31000 miles on these tires so far and there is still a good amount of tread left. I rotate them every 5000 miles.

Comments Recently purchased these tires, 1/10/17 after sliding through a STOP sign under Blizzard conditions with my old BF-Goodrich AT's. These Generals are much quieter than my old BF's and still have as much aggressiveness as I require for navigating muddy jobsite conditions. The original tires that came with my F-350 were Continentals and those stock tires are meant for homeowners that own a F-350 but only drive highway!
