I was a bit hesitant to take my vehicle to the Cranston location due to online reviews but I am very happy I gave them a chance. They were very professional, prompt and courteous. They made sure to explain the process and even gave me an accurate approximate time the vehicle would be ready for pick-up. When it was available for pick-up, they even sent me a text. I made sure to go to different repair shops to compare pricing and they gave me the best price overall. I would definitely return to this location and would refer friends and family
