Had to bring in my car twice for screws in my tires. Kevin and Jacob were awesome, friendly, understanding and kind. I travel all the way to the Cranston store because the Warwick store on Bald Hill Rd sucks! From the customer service to the communication, I’ve never had a good experience there and neither has my husband. I will ALWAYS drive to the Cranston store because I have never had a negative experience there. Thank you Jacob and Kevin! Y’all ROCK!
