I’m a return customer who was originally satisfied with the service, its efficiency, its professionalism and human interaction with Steve. He was the front desk, first impression & I can only imagine the shops demeanor mirror him. Fast forward after the rotation of the tires and green light that everything was ok. I went on my. Two weeks later the idiot light on my car informed me of the same issue “tire pressure, calibration needed “. So I’m back. Steve’s at the desk, I introduced myself with reference of the former issue and he remembered our previous encounter. Same professionalism, same curtesy. This display of consistency and customer service has prompted me to rate this store in Berlin, CT a solid 5 stars. Thank You TFT for your service.
