Tommy was fantastic! He made up for delays etc. with his humor and positive attitude.

I thought the experience was fine, but the extras, like the speed balancing costs of $50 were excessive; especially if they may not be unnecessary. Nobody tells you that either.

I’d be willing to bet you’d make a lot more money if you honestly told customers if things really need to be done.
