I learned 2 things in preparation for this review of my recent experience
at the Porsmouth, New Hampshire Town Fair Tire Center. If you see good
business practice, say so and evaluate based upon what you see with your own eyes. My tire purchase was the product of the application of good business practice, excellent management, well trained personnel,.good morale and coordinated task execution across all elements of the service process. Excellent, excellent, excellent!! Clearly a standard for the industry. I was shocked at the amount and nature of the bad press. Clearly serious problems with top management.! Suggest developing a training guide with Portsmouth staff as trainers.
