I ordered my tires on line; I made my appointment on line. I called the next day to confirm everything. I need to change my appointment time.. I was scheduled to have 4 snow tires mounted. Chris, the technician was incredibly polite on the phone,graciously accomodated the appointment change. I waited 1.5 hours. I was given this information ahead of time. Chris, who waited on me was accomodating, polite , courteous and was able to multi task. The store was unbelievably busy. His demeanor was not affected by the madness behind the desk. He took the time to answer my questions, gave me the forms for rebates. Of the phone conversations I heard while at the desk and the convesations with other customer, the other employees were polite with their customers, despite the rudeness of some of the customers. The best part was Chris' sense of humor. It was well received.
