I had an outstanding experience at Town Fair Tire in Ellsworth. After multiple other shops told me they couldn’t get the job done because of a severely rounded lug bolt, the team here went above and beyond to help. Alec at the front desk was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. He kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience stress-free. James put in a ton of effort removing my tires and dealing with the rounded bolt. He was patient, determined, and never gave up on it. Terry was also amazing. He worked with me to finally get the rounded bolt off when no other place could. His experience and persistence saved me a huge headache. The entire team was honest, hardworking, and genuinely cared about helping rather than just sending me somewhere else. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days.
