Made an appointment, they took me in on time. Two other tire shops claimed there was no leak in my tire. I watched their tech on the camera and this guy (Rich) was thorough and worked hard ultimately finding a pin hole leak, and repaired it. This guy took pride in his job. Coudos to him. Managers at the store we're also excellent.

I like to compliment Town Fair Tire on the positive experience during my recent tire purchase. I was able to research the size tires that fit my car, via the Town Fair website. After narrowing down my choices, I spoke with a very helpful online representative, who made recommendations on a quality tire, that saved me money. I was also able to reserve an appointment at my local Town Fair store for installation. At the Main Street Bridgeport store, I as helped by Ricky, who went above and beyond great customer service. Ricky made sure everything was correct, from pricing to rebates through the installation process. This is not something new, as I have purchased tires for my other vehicles from Town Fair, with the same positive results.
