I ruptured the side wall on the rear passenger tire of my car and got a same day appointment. Unfortunately the guy doing the alignments had left the building for the day, so I was looking at another day driving on a spare wheel. I appreciate the help the guys gave, Vick called another branch to see what we could arrange in a crunch, but appointments were scheduled out a couple days. Tommy (at the East Hartford location) hooked me up with a deal to make up for the delay of service along with the first appointment of the next day. I got my car in and out by an hour and a half. All four tires replaced (all wheel drive with higher miles on the previous tires). They ride smooth and are grippy too. I feel safe driving with Town Fair Tire. I’ll be back for my rotation and alignment next season!
